Abstract (Italian) | In this paper it is shown, fìrst, that the hypothesis of pure strain-hardening, together with a condition of geometric invariance, leadsnaturaliy to some well-known empirical properties: the three stages of creep, the cubie root law of primary creep, etc. Assuming further that the creep response to complex stress is isotropic, and that the dominating parameter is the second invariant of the stress deviator, a unifying formula is derived that should cover ali cases of creep under complex constant stress. Comparisons with experimental resu1ts of Johnson and Frost are stated.
